All prices are for the whole apartment, regardless of the number of people. Per night it is €176 for 3 to 6 nights and €140 from 7 nights, plus a one-off €120 final clean. Mid-stay cleaning on request for an extra charge. Longer assignments and follow-up projects are very welcome.

Your contractor accommodation in the Eifel lies right between Prüm, Daun and Hillesheim: your crew reaches Hillesheim in about 8 minutes, Prüm and Daun in about 20. That is ideal for jobs in the Schneifel and around Prüm, along the Eifel railway line and throughout the Volcanic Eifel. The Nürburgring and Trier are also within easy reach. Suitable for wind energy, railway and overhead line construction, fibre optics, construction, installation, electrical work, trades and temporary staffing.

What is the minimum stay?
3 nights. From 7 nights the price per night goes down, and from 28 nights there is the monthly rent including utilities.
How do 10 people fit into 8 beds?
Couples can share a double bed. That way there is room for up to 10 people.
What is included?
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The monthly rent includes utilities.
Will we have a dedicated contact?
